How to inquire about a debt with TRS Recovery Services, Inc.
If you have received a collection notice or call and have a question or inquiry related to the item on which TRS Recovery Services, Inc. is collecting, you may send a letter to TRS or complete the form below.
Please allow thirty (30) days for TRS to process and respond to your request.
Examples of a non-dispute inquiry include:
- A request that TRS provide you with a letter indicating you have now paid a debt
- A request that TRS provide you with a letter identifying all debts TRS has on record for you
- To provide TRS with a copy of a death certificate for someone who was obligated on a debt
- A request that TRS stop calling a particular phone number
- A request that TRS stop sending written collection notices to a particular address
NOTE: If you wish to dispute a debt, please use either the “Dispute/Validate a Debt”, “Forgery/Identity Theft”, or “Bankruptcy” tab, whichever is most appropriate for your specific dispute.
